Hi my name is Jerry Beyer.
I was taking mind-altering drugs (Seroquel, Depakote, Cymbalta, Lamictal) for seven years not realizing I had demons in my life. The doctors thought there was something wrong with my mind. There was nothing wrong with my mind; I let in the spirits of fear, anxiety, anger and Pharmakeia and other unclean spirits by the lifestyle I was living.
The third day I was at the Hope Rescue Mission anxiety, worry, panic, anger, and fear started to set in. I called Bob Bassler at New Life Deliverance Center and he came over to the Hope Rescue Mission right out front. As soon as I got into the van with Bob I could feel the presence of God. I explained my situation to pastor Bob, he asked if I wanted everything out of my life that is not of the Lord and I said yes. The power of God went through Bob, he laid hands on me, came against all generational curses, spirit of the past, spirit of the past, Pharmakeia spirit (witchcraft, pharmaceutical) and all unclean spirits to be gone in the name of Jesus.
I told Bob “my back is on fire, my stomach feels funny.” I had goosebumps all over, it was the power of God on me setting me free when pastor Bob commanded the demons to leave. Pastor Bob asked me “Do you want to be filled with the Holy Ghost?” I said yes. I could feel the rivers of living water flow out of my belly. I began to speak in an unknown tongue; my spirit was praying to God for the first time.
The fifth month I was at the Hope I started fornicating with a woman. Fornicating is having sex without marriage. Little did I know there were curses that came into my life because I was living in sin. I had left the Hope on March 10, 2010 and moved into an apartment, still fornicating with the same woman. But what I learned in God’s word was that going back to my sinful nature, the curses came back on me sevenfold.
Deuteronomy 30:19 says in the Bible you choose either life or death, blessing or cursing.
After fornicating with the same woman one night I woke up and she was staring at me and all I saw was black when I looked into her eyes. I woke up early in the morning, walked into the living room, and there she was cutting her wrist with a knife. I was struggling with her to get the knife, she looked at me and said she was going to kill me.
Proverbs 7:22-27 warns against fornication with He goes after her straightway, as an ox goes to the slaughter, or as a fool to the correction of the stocks; Till a dart strike through his liver; as a bird hastens to the snare, and knows not that it is for his life. Listen to me now therefore, O you children, and attend to the words of my mouth. Let not your heart decline to her ways, go not astray in her paths. For she has cast down many wounded: yes, many strong men have been slain by her. Her house is the way to hell, going down to the chambers of death.”
1 Corinthians 6:18-20 says
“Flee fornication. Every sin that a man does is without the body; but he that commits fornication sins against his own body. What? Know you not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which you have of God, and you are not your own? For you are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.”
I had been set free from the Pharmakeia spirit, mind-altering drugs, fornication, and nicotine and all other unclean spirits. I am now free from all sin – if any thought that is not of God tries to enter my mind, I take authority over that thought in Jesus’ name. I don’t give the devil even a second in my mind and I continue loving Jesus.
2 Corinthians 10:3-5 For though we walk in the flesh we do not war after the flesh. For our weapons of our warfare are not carnal (natural) but mighty through God in the pulling down of strongholds, casting down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity into the obedience of Christ.
Jesus died for me not to sin any more when I come to him. I learned to repent and turn all the way from sin. I thank Jesus for moving through Pastor Bob at New Life Deliverance. I learned to hate sin and love good. Now I am God’s friend as the Bible says. Jesus set me free, he can set you free too.
God uses believers to cast out demons. I have seen so many people be set free from mind-altering drugs at the New Life Deliverance Center. Now they have their minds back!
If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed. – John 8:36
